I don't recall why I am wearing such a frown - maybe becuase I just noticed I mispelled the name of the photo. Hhhhmm....funny. 
Hey - I have an idea on measuring the tendancy the police cruisers to rip over 35mph in the residential zone near there local station.  I'll need to set up a camera in my car like you did with the stop sign experiement.  Did you use a digital or a VHS cam?
